Step 1. Discussion
Let’s kick things off. This is where we work together to outline the various challenges and opportunities that your business wants to address.
- First, we’ll meet with you to understand the business requirements, technical motivations, and financial budgets
- Our team will then perform a comprehensive Technical Audit to inventory your relevant technology stack, covering all components and external systems or backing services in-scope for the project

Step 2. Ideas & Concepts
Now that the Discovery phase is complete, it’s time to get everything in writing.
- One of our project managers will create a plan with a timeline, dependencies, and interim benchmarks to carry out the SoW
- If this is a managed service, we'll set up a private support portal and add you to our ticketing system

Step 3. Check and try out the Options
We will gather feedback from you about the proposed project plan. If any changes are requested, the project manager will work with the development team to ensure those changes can be applied in a timely manner within the SoW, or if a change order is needed.
- If any unforeseen circumstances occur, the team will re-evaluate, adjust, and pivot as needed
- In the spirit of transparency, time is tracked in Intuit TSheets so you’ll see exactly what’s being worked on and how much time it takes to complete tasks. You’ll also receive weekly emails outlining all the hours worked

Step 4. Project Completion and Acceptance
The final part of our journey together gives you a chance to test and confirm all tasks have been satisfactorily completed
