The Results
To overcome its initial lack of direct hospitality experience, Vaske Computer Inc. immediately invested in Oracle-led workshops and hands-on training to gain proficiency in the Micros Symphony platform. Recognizing the importance of specialized knowledge, Vaske partnered with a local hospitality expert who guided the system configuration and led staff training sessions. This collaboration ensured both restaurant teams were comfortable and confident using the new POS environment, enabling smooth daily operations from launch.
When the agency later requested digital menu boards for the quick-service location, Vaske brought in another local specialist to design and deploy a dynamic display system integrated directly with Oracle Micros. This allowed for real-time menu updates and enhanced the customer experience with modern visuals.
